There’s lots of CRM’s out there, why build your own?

Before deciding to build our own we tested and tried probably 30 to 40 other CRM programs, both stand-alone and cloud-based, but NONE of them did everything we wanted them to and NONE of them had the flexibility and security that we required. It is possible that we have a unique company structure, but after talking to many of our ComputerHero.ca customers, many of them had been looking at moving to a CRM and, like us, found the other programs complex and/or difficult or impossible to configure to work the way we wanted.

K2CRM is the result of the consultation with numerous companies and the possibly unique requirements of ComputerHero.ca. The end-user can choose which modules they want to use and how they want their company structure and access restrictions to work.

K2CRM is NOT an accounting system, although it does generate everything you need to give to an accountant. It is a completely configurable business management tool. It can do collaborative invoicing, quotes and even track expenses and process your payments through PayPal! It can work for contractor-based companies, it can work for employee-based companies, it can even work for hybrid employee/contractor companies. Check the features area for more information.
